This is my personal list of sites of at least minor interest to me that use Disqus comments. The list is as much for my own personal use as it is for the public. An "official" list of the biggest Disqus communities can be found on Disqus' own site, though the links are to the community pages which, inexplicably, do not have links to the actual site. A little googling might be required.

TalkingPointsMemo.com uses Disqus, but it's disconnected from Disqus proper. You can't post with your Disqus account and posts you make with other accounts (like Twitter) don't appear on your dashboard even if said account is linked to your Disqus account. You can find your alternate TPM profile on Disqus and follow it, which will make your posts under that profile appear on your Dashboard.
